Terms

Ten of them. Effective 8 November 2026; they replace the terms of 17 October 2026.

  1. What you buy.The stage named in your written quote: the free AI check, the AI Visibility Check, setup (existing site or new site) or monthly care. The quote states the number of questions, the assistants, the number of runs, whether web search is on and the measurement dates. Nothing else is included unless it is written down.
  2. What is not promised.No assistant is controlled by us. We do not promise a ranking, a number of mentions, traffic, leads or sales. We promise the work in the quote and an honest count.
  3. Approval.Nothing is published on your behalf without your written approval. We do not buy placements, post fake reviews, or pay for mentions.
  4. Payment and term.The AI Visibility Check is paid in full before work starts, and its fee is credited against setup if you order setup within 14 days of delivery. Setup is paid 50% before work starts and 50% on delivery. Monthly care is paid monthly in advance, runs for at least 3 months, and can then be cancelled with 14 days’ notice. Prices exclude VAT and local taxes, which you are responsible for.
  5. Access.Setup needs, within 7 days of the quote being accepted: manager access to your Google Business Profile, access to your site (or agreement that we send ready-to-paste text), and one person who answers our questions within 48 hours. Anything you can’t give access to is taken out of the scope in writing, and delivery dates count from the day access is complete.
  6. Your data and ours.Your report, the answers behind it, your domain, your site and its content are yours. The method, the code and cross-client comparisons are ours. We may state anonymised, aggregate findings, but never your name or your number without your permission.
  7. Liability.Our liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
  8. Third-party statements.Counts in a report are records of what an assistant said on a given date, not our opinion of any company named. We do not republish an assistant’s statements about a named third party.
  9. Law.These terms are governed by the law of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are raised first by email and settled in good faith.
  10. Guarantees.(a) Wrong figure. If a figure in your report is wrong, we correct it free within 5 working days. (b) Nothing to fix. If the AI Visibility Check finds nothing worth fixing, we say so in the report and do not offer you setup. (c) Short delivery. If we deliver less than the scope in your quote, the next instalment is not charged until the scope is complete; if you cancel because of it, the fee for the part not delivered is returned. (d) These are the only remedies, and they sit within the liability limit in clause 7. Apart from (c), fees already paid are not returned.

These terms are written to be read, not to be hidden behind. If a clause is unclear, ask and we will rewrite it rather than explain it away.
