Terms

Eight of them. Last updated 22 September 2026.

1. What you buy.Measurement of how often AI assistants name your company against forty fixed questions, and the monthly work described under “The month”. Nothing else is included unless it is written down.
2. What is not promised.No assistant is controlled by us. We do not promise a higher count, a ranking, or sales. We promise the work and an honest number.
3. Approval.Nothing is published on your behalf without your written approval. We do not buy placements, post fake reviews, or pay for mentions.
4. Month to month.Cancel any month before the next invoice. The audit fee is credited against your first month if you continue within thirty days.
5. Your data and ours.Your report and the answers behind it are yours to keep. The method, the code and cross-client comparisons are ours. We may state anonymised, aggregate findings, but never your name or your number without your permission.
6. Liability.Our liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
7. Third-party statements.Counts in a report are records of what an assistant said on a given date, not our opinion of any company named. We do not republish an assistant’s statements about a named third party.
8. Law.Governing law and venue will be set on registration. Until then, disputes are raised first by email and settled in good faith.

These terms are written to be read, not to be hidden behind. If a clause is unclear, ask and we will rewrite it rather than explain it away.
