Matched comparison (the same ten Isan questions, ChatGPT with web search, same method): ChatGPT named Vilasinee Oil in 1 of 10 answers on 23 Oct, before the new site, and in 9 of 10 on 7 Nov, two weeks after it went live, naming them first 7 times.

Across all 15 questions, counting the assistants that search the web before answering (ChatGPT and Claude): 13 of 40 answers (32%) before the work, second behind one rival; 26 of 30 (87%) in the latest round, more than any other wholesaler the assistants named in this set (national brands such as PTT not counted), with vilasineeoil.com cited in 90% of answers (from 18%). The two rounds asked a different number of times, so they are compared as percentages. Gemini, which we run without web search, is reported separately: 0 of 20, then 0 of 12.

Every round, same questions

Before and after measured with the same questions, assistant and method · one bar per round of 10 answers

Claude named Vilasinee in none of the Isan answers for four rounds, until its search index picked up the new pages. In the latest round it named them in 8 of 10, first every time.

What we did

1. Measure15 questions Isan buyers actually ask, counted by who gets named
2. Find whyAI didn't know which provinces they deliver to, and used an old address
3. FixA page per province (20), pages per customer type, one consistent company record
4. Re-measureSame questions, six rounds in two weeks

On Google

Google’s AI Mode, which searches before it answers, named Vilasinee Oil in 7 of 10 answers (the five Khon Kaen questions, 23 and 24 October 2026), citing its Facebook page. That was before the new site went live; it hasn’t been measured again since.

What hasn't moved yet

• Gemini without search still doesn't name themThe Gemini we measure (kept out of the figures above) answers from memory without searching (Google’s terms don’t allow automated measurement of its searching mode), so it hasn't seen the new site and will move only with a new model. Google AI Mode, which does search, already names them (above).
• One round can swingAssistants vary answer to answer. The Khon Kaen set was asked once this round. The 30-day measurement is at the end of November.
